It depends on the line. Uniworld and Tauck are truly all-inclusive, covering premium beverages, all excursions, gratuities, and Wi-Fi. AmaWaterways includes regional wines and beer with meals, excursions, and bikes, but charges separately for premium spirits and gratuities. Belmond canal barges are fully all-inclusive. Always compare the realistic all-in cost, not just the headline fare.
Seven-night European river cruise fares start around $2,000 to $2,500 per person for premium lines like AmaWaterways and Viking, and $4,000 to $10,000 per person for ultra-luxury all-inclusive lines like Tauck and Scenic.
