Planning a trip to Europe can be a daunting task so we reached out to Julie for help. She worked with us to create a wonderful family trip to France and Italy! We loved the travel book Julie put together and the very handy app that kept us organized the entire trip. Our hotels in each city were centrally located making our travels very easy. We took our four children to London and Paris this summer. Julie planned our trip and we came up with an itinerary to maximize our time and still keep kids happy and interested. Once your bookings are confirmed, we work with you to schedule dinner reservations, spa appointments, tee times, and the like.
During your travels, we will monitor your itinerary and work with our partners in the background to ensure your trip runs smoothly. We will also be available for any questions or concerns you have. (Plus, we love to see photos of your amazing adventures!)
We have an encyclopedic knowledge of the best hotels, resorts, villas, and home rentals villa/home rentals around the world, and have spent years cultivating and nurturing wonderful relationships with the leadership at these properties.

Every great trip starts with a seamless flight experience. We find you the best itineraries at the best fares. Our flight services are an additional fee and include flight monitoring, changes and 24/7 access during your travels. We also work with exceptional partners for private charters.
Having designed hundreds of successful trips, we understand itineraries aren’t one-size-fits-all. We will get to know you, your goals, and your expectations so we can design your dream itinerary.
Then, we will work with our fabulous local partners to confirm all components of your adventure, including meet and greets at the airport, transfers, accommodations, and private tours.
The Components of your Customized Adventure
Complete our Discovery Form. After receiving your form we will discuss trip ideas, budget, and expectations. After gathering this information, we can determine our timeline for planning your adventure, consultation fees*, and logistics.
Once we receive the consultation fee, we can dive into your specific dreams, expectations, priorities, travel history, and experiences.
*Our consultation fees begin at $500 for a one-week vacation and increase based on the number of travelers and complexity of your trip.
1. Discover
After gathering all the information we need from you, we will research and design your itinerary utilizing our outstanding on-the-ground partners whom we determine will work best for you. We promise to always work within your budget to create your dream vacation.
2. Design
Leading up to your departure date, we act as your concierge to accessorize your trip with dinner reservations, spa appointments, tee times and the like. We are here for you to answer any questions while you prepare for your departure.
3. Connect
While you enjoy your adventure, we will be monitoring and managing your trip logistics from afar. We are here for you if you need any assistance or simply want to share your adventures with someone!
4. Experience
We can't wait to hear about your trip upon your return. We enjoy nothing more than hearing our valued clients gush about their amazing adventures! This is also a great time to collaborate on where to go next!
