When you are ready, we confirm your booking with your credit card and send to you a confirmation.

Hyatt Prive is an invitation-only travel advisor program that gives clients of approved luxury agencies exclusive perks at participating Hyatt Hotels and Resorts worldwide - including brands like Park Hyatt, Andaz, Grand Hyatt, and Thompson Hotels. TopFlight Travels is a Hyatt Prive member agency, which means our clients automatically receive these benefits simply by booking through us.
When you book through TopFlight Travels as a Hyatt Prive member agency, your stay includes a room upgrade if available within 24 hours of booking (base room to suite excluded), daily complimentary full breakfast for up to two guests at a hotel restaurant, a hotel or resort credit (amount varies by property), a welcome amenity, and early check-in and late check-out based on availability.
No. Hyatt Prive benefits are not available when booking directly through Hyatt.com or any third-party platform. The rate must be booked through a qualified Hyatt Prive member travel agency like TopFlight Travels. Not all travel agencies qualify - Hyatt significantly reduced the program in 2021 and now only agencies that meet specific booking quotas retain membership.
Yes. Bookings made through TopFlight Travels count as direct bookings with Hyatt. You will earn World of Hyatt points and elite qualifying credit on your stay just as you would booking directly. Make sure to provide your World of Hyatt membership number when submitting your booking request.
No. There is no booking fee for Hyatt Prive reservations made through TopFlight Travels. Hyatt pays a commission directly to the agency, so you receive all the exclusive benefits - breakfast, room upgrade, hotel credit, and welcome amenity - at no additional cost on top of the standard flexible rate.
